Where do I start? There are so many exceptionally good things to say about Jake Dunaway and his metal fabrication work. I contracted Dunaway Custom Fab to design and manufacture three adjustable awnings for solar panels on my building. His solar panel awning design is novel to the solar industry field, in that it’s mount is adjustable in a way that allows the angle of the awning to easily change between summer and winter (any seasonal) positions for maximal solar energy output. Jake is fully responsible for creating and manufacturing the design. He sourced all the materials and took into consideration the structural requirements, as well as affordable material costs for this project. The balance he found between cost and structural demands was very well thought out. And these considerations also influenced the weight of the awning units and ease of mounting the solar panels.
